REFUND POLICY

At Unimaglif, we want you to love your slippers! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Free exchanges for size or style (US/Canada only)
• Return shipping: $6.99 deducted from refund (or free exchange label)

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at ccdycpening@gmail.com within 30 days
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for exchanges) or instructions
4. Ship items back within 7 days of receiving the label

REFUNDS
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Original payment method will be credited
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Worn or washed slippers
• Items without original tags or packaging

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We'll replace or refund any defective products at no cost to you. Contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right.
